Relieve anxiety, stay in shape and maintain a healthy glow with these 3 calming yoga poses:   1.Sukhasana (Easy Pose) Easy pose instills groundedness and inner peace. This pose opens your hips and lengthens your spine to heighten a state of tranquility and relieve physical and mental exhaustion. With a straight spine, sit for a full minute while concentrating on your breathing.   2.Uttana Shishosana (Extended Puppy Pose) This pose lengthens the spine and relaxes mind while waking up the body. It’s also helps relieve symptoms of chronic stress and insomnia. Stretch out arms, pull hips back towards your heels and drop forehead to the floor to let neck relax. Hold for 30 seconds.   3.Savasana (Corpse Pose) Savasana is the ultimate state of relaxation, and therefore counterintuitive to the average busybody. It allows the nervous system the opportunity to relax and harmonize. Close eyes and lie on your back, arms beside you with palms facing up. With each breath, allow body to slowly melt.
